PARSIPPANY, NJ - On Tuesday, May 19, 2020, the  Parsippany-Troy Hills Council held its regularly scheduled meeting, virtually.

Council President Michael dePierro presented a resolution to open up the town to socially-distant and friendly graduations.

According to dePierro, "With proper precautions and safe distancing, it should be possible to have high school graduations."

The resolution that dePierro introduced at the Council meeting asks the Governor to ease restrictions on high school graduations.  It seeks that the option for in person graduations be allowed by the School Board and the Superintendent.
