PARSIPPANY, NJ - Old Dover Road has become hazardous since it was repaved.  The road has three distinctive places in which there is a steady stream of water flowing over the road to the field below (run-off from the hill next to the road).

Old Dover Road is in the Greystone Park area. Today a resident contacted TAPinto Parsippany after witnessing in horror a car spinning out of control and landing in the ditch to the side of the road; grazing a tree. The resident warns that if this isn't immediately addressed and rectified, it will be a very long and dangerous winter for many unsuspecting drivers. Not only does the ice build at each of the waterways, the residual run-off from cars' tires creates a black ice condition as well.

Municipal and County Officials have been contacted.
