PARSIPPANY, NJ - There is another incident of shoplifting reported at Target.  This time, two nights ago on April 10th.

According to the Parsippany Police:  Patrol Officers D. Roman and S. Kurza responded to Target for a reported shoplifting. Upon their arrival, they spoke to Loss Prevention personnel who had stopped Victoria Collins, a 30 year old female from Parsippany after observing her shoplift approximately $298.00 worth of merchandise. After a brief investigation, Mrs. Collins was placed under arrest for shoplifting and transported to police headquarters for processing. While there, she was charged with the following:

• 1 count of 4th Degree Shoplifting

She was released on her own recognizance pending her court appearance.
