Here are TAPinto Passaic Valley's pets of the week!

Both of these lovable, playful dogs hail from Puerto Rico. Dante is a 1-1/2 year-old, male, Yorkshire Terrier/Schnauzer mix and Ivy is a 4-1/2 month-old, female, Terrier/Hound mix who will most likely grow to be approximately 25 pounds. Each of them love the company of other animals. They would love to show off their big personalities to their new families. Meet some of Angels for Animals adoptables on Saturdays at the Petco on Route 46 west in Totowa from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. If interested in adopting from Angels for Animals Network, a 501(c)(3), non-profit, no-kill animal rescue group, or meeting a particular animal, call or text Gizela at 201-655-5059 or visit

Want to walk? Celeste is ready to stroll. Go for a jog? Celeste will burn off those extra biscuits. Movie night? Celeste will snuggle and share your popcorn. Her brindle face is striking, her ears are like velvet and her eyes melt your heart. Celeste is not a couch potato. She wants to explore the world and looking for a family to do it with. She is not trustful of dogs at first but with proper introductions she is ready to play.
