Adopt A Pet

Sia is a beautiful 1 year-old Egyptian Baladi mix who is extremely intelligent. She loves people, dogs and is quite simply a great companion animal. Luke, our domestic short haired black beauty, is approximately a year old. He has the most lovable, outstanding personality and is great with dogs too. His owner was deployed overseas and did not have anyone to watch over his pets so he surrendered Luke and his Rottweilers friend to us. Check our Petfinder page to see more adoptables. Meet some of them on Saturdays at the Petco on Route 46 west in Totowa from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. If interested in adopting from Angels for Animals Network, a 501(c)(3), non-profit, no-kill animal rescue group, or meeting a particular animal, call or text Gizela at 201-655-5059 or visit

Crosbie is a 5 month old sweet puppy learning her manners, learning her housebreaking and having a blast with the other dog in the house to play with. We are not sure what Crosbie is because she was by herself with no parents. We are thinking maybe greyhound, whippet but could be a lab mix too. What we know is she is sweet and beautiful and looking for love.
Van is a beautiful orange and white male, found as a stray on Van Riper in Elmwood Park with his sister Riper, who is a stunning white and tabby female. They will never have to live the life of a stray again. They were born in the beginning of January and are fully vetted.
FOWA Rescue can be reached at or 973-902-7515. All animals are up to date with shots and altered, and cats are tested FIV and leukemia. See for information on all the dogs and cats in FOWA’s care.
