Spirit was adopted as a baby and through no fault of his own was returned to FOWA. He was born in July 2009 and is extremely sweet and lovable. His favorite past time is sitting in his foster mother's lap and watching TV.

Winnie is a sweet 10 pound Chi mix, about 3-4 years old, who just loves to spend time on anyone’s lap and give kisses. She’s doing well with house training to outside as she settles into her foster home but will also use wee wee pads. Winnie spends days sharing a kitchen with her doggie housemates and sleeps crated at night.

FOWA Rescue can be reached at or 973-902-7515. All animals are up to date with shots and altered, and cats are tested FIV and leukemia. See for information on all the dogs and cats in FOWA’s care.
