Dale, a 7 month-old Labrador/Hound mix, was rescued from Puerto Rico along with her siblings. She is a fantastic dog who will steal your heart. Beautiful, sweet Paris is a 3 year-old Shepherd/Labrador Retriever mix who loves other dogs, outdoor activity and enjoys receiving special attention from people. Her front paw was fractured in an accident but it does not hinder her mobility. Both would make excellent companions. Check our Petfinder page to see more adoptables. Meet some of them on Saturdays at the Petco, 1 Route 46 west in Totowa, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. If interested in adopting from Angels for Animals Network, a 501(c)(3), non-profit, no-kill animal rescue group, or meeting a particular animal, call or text Gizela at 201-655-5059 or visit www.afan.petfinder.com.
Rainy is approximately 7 years old. Her mom passed away and he and his sister were too much for dad to handle. That's when FOWA stepped in to help. Rainy is crate trained and house trained. He has the most adorable under bite and when he smiles at you he's so cute you can't help but smile back.
He can be a little reserved but that's mainly because his sister is the boss. Rainy love to go on walks, play and snuggle. He really loves to be with humans. He had a tumor removed that the vet said was cancerous but they feel it was all removed. For now he is feeling fabulous.
Things looked awfully bleak for five siblings without a mother, especially when they found themselves in the Paterson Pound. FOWA couldn’t imagine allowing them to perish in the pound. Whisker and her four brothers Wendell, Winston, Wagner and Wade are now safe with FOWA. They were born Aug. 14. Now they can run and play without a care in the world. They have tested negative for FIV/FeLV and have had their age appropriate vaccinations and been dewormed.
FOWA Rescue can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or 973-902-7515. All animals are up to date with shots and altered, and cats are tested FIV and leukemia. See www.fowarescue.com for information on all the dogs and cats in FOWA’s care.
