LITTLE FALLS, NJ - Passaic Valley Regional High School will host its fourth annual Autism Walk on Sunday, April 14. Held at the track & field, the event will run from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, rain or shine. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Register in advance, by April 11, for $5. Registration after April 20 and the day of the event is $7. Children 5 and under are free. There will be a DJ and face painting for the kids.

T-shirts are being sold for the event as well. Orders should be submitted to Amy Pellegrini in the Student Activities office at Passaic Valley by Friday, March 29. Shirts are $12 and are available in youth small to large and adult small to XL. XXL shirts are $14 and XXXL shirts are $16.

Those unable to walk can make a donation to the program by mailing a check, payable to Passaic Valley High School, to Passaic Valley High School, ATTN: Amy Pellegrini, 100 East Main St. Little Falls, NJ 07424. For more information, email Amy Pellegrini at pellegrinia@pvhs.k12.nj.us.

All funds raised go directly to the Autism program at the high school and help expand the new self-contained classroom for the state-of-the-art program. Proceeds will allow students to take community based field trips to help shape their social skills and practice every day tasks. Trips would include the post office, laundromat, local food stores and more.
