Second Fetus Found in Three Weeks in Newark at Passaic Valley Sewer

PATERSON, NJ - The Essex County Prosecutor's Office was on the scene on Wednesday in Newark at the Passaic Valley Sewer (PVS) investigating a second fetus found in just the last three weeks.

Earlier this month, on March 2, the office launched an investigation after a fetus was found in one of the grates. That investigation is still ongoing.

Paterson is the biggest stakeholder in the PVS, Passaic and Clifton also own a portion.
