The Damiano Group Honors Veterans At Wilmore Park

LITTLE FALLS, N.J. - Veterans, residents, American Legion members, and local civil servants, joined Premier Properties, The Damiano Group for their second annual "Memory Flag Display", on Veterans Day.

The Damiano family has had members of their family serving in the Army and Navy dating back four generations and actively supports our police and military in various ways. Our current mayor elect, James Damiano's, great-great grandfather Umberto Damiano, served in the Italian and US armies.

According to their website the Damiano Group said "For the last several years our office has been proud to sponsor our Memory Flag Display at Tank Park in Little Falls to honor our Veterans. This year we specially honored all the past and present member of the two Legion Posts in Little Falls with a flag".

When asked about why this event is important, Damiano said “I've seen more Veterans here today than I have in the past, and I believe that speaks volume about our community, and the community's support of the men and women who have serviced this great nation".

Coming off of a volatile presidential election that still has most of the country shocked, Damiano hopes that events like this, and "Coffee with a Cop", will continue to unite Little Falls residents and the people who serve them.
