Turtle Back Zoo-vies to show 'The Secret Life of Pets' on July 26

WEST ORANGE, NJ - Turtle Back Zoo's annual "Zoo-vies" continue this Wednesday, July 26 with "The Secret Life of Pets."

On Wednesdays and Thursdays during July and August, Turtle Back will have Family Nights with extended evening hours to 8:30 p.m., with the last admission to the zoo at 8 p.m. 

On Wednesday evenings during July and August, "Zoo-vies," featuring animal-related movies, will be shown on the top floor of the Turtle Back Zoo parking deck.

Families coming to "Zoo-vies" should bring their own chair or blanket on which to sit. Films will begin at dusk. Admission to the movies is free, and movies will be canceled in the event of rain. The remaining schedule for "Zoo-vies" is as follows:

Wednesday, Aug. 2 - Ferngully: The Last Rain Forest

Wednesday, Aug. 9 - How to Train Your Dragon

Wednesday, Aug. 16 - Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom

Wednesday, Aug. 23 - Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them

Wednesday, Aug. 30 - Moana

Street Hockey Program Open To Children from Passaic Valley area, Cedar Grove

WOODLAND PARK, NJ - The WP Boys & Girls Club is planning registration dates for its summer street hockey program. The program is offered to all residents of Woodland Park, Cedar Grove, Totowa and Little Falls, who are currently in kindergarten to eight grade.
