WOODLAND PARK, NJ - The West Paterson Fire Department is hosting its second annual 5K run/walk fundraiser on Nov. 12 at 9 a.m. The race starts at the West Paterson Boys & Girls Club on Memorial Drive.

If you don't run.... that’s OK, as walkers are encouraged. Come out on a beautiful fall morning and help the support the volunteers of Woodland Park.

All proceeds from this event will go towards assisting the three firehouses with the upkeep of their buildings.

All three firehouses within the local fire department are independently owned by each individual firehouse company and not by the Borough of Woodland Park. As prices in utilities and maintenance increases, it becomes harder and harder for the companies to maintain the buildings and grounds.

There are team and military discounts. All runners receive a free t-shirt and a commemorative drawstring bag.

This year’s course is USATF Certified. Register at https://runsignup.com/Race/Register/?raceId=38478#register
