WOODLAND PARK, NJ - The Alfred Baumann Public Library is building is open with limited access. The Library is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The building is closed Monday through Friday between 2 and 3 p.m. for extra sanitization. Additionally, the Department of Public Works stops by throughout the day to clean surfaces. Curbside pick-up is available during all open hours. Browsing is limited to no more than 30 minutes and computer use and research to no more than one hour. The Library offers contactless check-out by a staff member or you may choose our new self-check station.
Please return all materials via the outdoor book drop, located on the building by the entrance (on the parking lot side). All materials are quarantined for four days. Materials will remain on your account during the quarantine period; however, no fines will be incurred. Delivery service is currently suspended for inter-library loan. Please feel free to recommend an item that you do not see in our collection or we may be able to direct you to another open PALS Plus library that owns the material. Although appreciated, the Library cannot accept book, DVD, or music donations at this time.
Occupancy of the building is limited to 10 patrons. Lawn chairs are available for reading outside the building. Masks and social distancing is required in the building. Feel free to contact the Library at firstname.lastname@example.org or 973-345-8120 if you have questions.
