Woodland Park Memorial Day Event Schedule Features Parade, Street Fair


WOODLAND PARK, NJ - Woodland Park will demonstrate its gratitude to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice to preserve our way of life on Monday, May 28. Should rain cancel any events, updates will be posted on the Borough website at and on its Facebook page at The day's schedule includes:

  • 9:30 a.m. memorial service at the Fireman's Memorial
  • 10 a.m. memorial service at the Veteran’s War Memorial
  • 11 a.m. parade along McBride Avenue starting at Glover Avenue and ending on Memorial Drive. Refreshments will follow at the WP Boys & Girls Club
  • 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. - street fair on McBride Avenue from Memorial Drive to Lackawanna Avenue. The event will feature over 100 exhibitors, a large array of food vendors, live music, pony rides, a petting zoo and more.
