WOODLAND PARK, NJ - The Woodland Park Board of Education presented a plaque to trustee Robert Kassai at its Dec. 18 meeting in appreciation for his service to the school district as his term comes to an end.

Kassai served on the school board for six years. Most recently, he served on the finance, policy, and buildings and grounds committees.

“He brought a depth of wisdom and experience to the Board of Education,” said Business Administrator Thomas DiFluri.

“Mr. Kassai served as a tremendous asset to the board,” said Superintendent Dr. Michele Pillari. “He gave much experience and wisdom to the decision-making process. His dedication to the children of Woodland Park was always evident and remained the basis of all his contributions to the Board of Education.”
