Montclair Community Spay Day

Back by popular demand, CPAW NJ is again pawtnering with People for Animals (PFA) and Acme Markets on Valley Road to bring PFA’s SpayStation Mobile Surgical Unit (aka Neuter Commuter) to Montclair. Low cost spay/neuter services will be available the last Tuesday of every month. We hope that over the course of the year we will be able to fix over 200 cats, saving thousands of lives.

Preregistration is required by emailing cpawnj@gmail.com with your contact information. Please register by March 21. Both companion and outdoor community cats are welcome and you do not need to be a Montclair resident. Prices for companion animals are $90 and feral cats are $55. PFA will also be including Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations for all cats at no additional charge (usually $19.00 each).

Once you preregister, you will receive further details. Cats must be dropped off in a carrier by 7 am and picked up by 3 pm on surgery day. If you are caring for community cats in your neighborhood, please contact CPAW NJ to get help with trapping.  Space is limited, so please don’t wait!
