LITTLE FALLS, NJ - Last past week, elementary school students from Little Falls, Woodland Park, and Totowa had a chance to visit Passaic Valley High School to view the production "Charlie Brown's Christmas Spectacular," Passaic Valley's Theater Department's annual winter holiday production.

The musical marks the first time that an original script, written by Mia Preziosi, a member of the class of  2020, and Mark Huggins, class of 2020, was produced for the stage.

Huggins and Preziosi wrote the script inspired by several classic holiday shows, according to a feature in the student newspaper, the Valley Echo. Fans of holiday classics will recognize some of the content, but much of it is completely original, highlighting the students' creativity and ambition. Preziosi and Huggins have been a part of theater their entire high school careers.
