LITTLE FALLS, NJ – Following the retirement of Raymond Rotella, on Oct. 21, the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education approved the recommendation of the superintendent to hire Joseph Abate Jr. as interim principal of Passaic Valley Regional High School.

Abate will join the district on Nov. 1, and will serve as interim principal for the remainder of the school year. 

His years of experience as a veteran educator and administrator will add value to the daily operation of the school and to the execution of school programs.
