LITTLE FALLS, NJ - This Sunday, Snapping Turtle Farm is turning the farmers market green, with greens, fresh herbs and plants for your gardens.

Being strictly organic, everything from Snapping Turtle is grown right on their NJ farm - that means that everything they sell is seasonal to our area. Right now the market is producing lettuce, greens, and herbs. There are also radishes this week - add them to salads, julienne them to add to slaws, or eat with a bit of salt.  Later in the season fruit and vegetables will be offered.
