WOODLAND PARK, NJ - When property tax bills arrive this week, homeowners will notice a tax reduction. According to Mayor Keith Kazmark, a home with an assessed vallue of $345,000 will see a reduction in taxes of $155.
Kazmark credits the reduction on teamwork. "This is a combination of collaboration across all four entities," he said. referring to the the four governing bodies to which residents pay taxes: the borough, two school disrtricts, and the Passaic County Freeholders "This is unprecendented in all my years on the dais.".
