Arrest Made in Paterson Billiards Homicide

PATERSON, NJ- A Paterson man has been arrested in the December 1 murder of Dontrelle Horne, also of Paterson. The shooting death took place at Paterson Billiards, 283 Market Street.

The investigation revealed that Hodgson and the victim became involved in a verbal altercation which led to the shooting.

According to a statement issued by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Officer, 33-year-old Leroy Hodgson was arrested without incident Thursday night by members of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office at a store in the Wayne Hills Mall. 

Hodgson has been charged with Murder; Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Certain Persons Not to Have Weapons.
