Bronx Sausage Maker Considers Move to Paterson

 

PATERSON, NJ – A sausage factory may be on its way to the Silk City.

A story on northjersey.com said that a Bronx manufacturer of Hispanic-style sausages and salamis plans to spend $11.3 million on a new plant in North Jersey and is eyeing Paterson.

The New Jersey Economic Development Authority last week awarded a tax break worth $173,600 to the company, Cibao Meat Products Inc., the story said.
