CASA Launches Child Abuse Awareness Effort

WAYNE, NJ – The Passaic County Court- Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children, Inc. is pleased to announce “Go Blue for CASA,” a new campaign that businesses and community organizations can take part in to help raise awareness about child abuse and neglect.

Go Blue for CASA is essentially a dress down day where employees pay $5.00 to wear jeans on Friday, April 12, 2013—a day Governor Christie has proclaimed as CASA Advocate Day. All funds raised go to support CASA’s mission of working through professionally trained and supervised volunteers to promote the welfare of foster children in Passaic County, New Jersey.
