Chief Postorino Sues County Over Fall

 

PATERSON, NJ - The city's fire chief, Michael Postorino, has sued Passaic County over injuries he suffered in fall on a county road in February 2011, according to a story on northjersey.com.

The story said Postorino, a Sparta resident, alleges that he fell at a Grand Street fire scene when he stepped into a hole that the county failed to fix despite being warned about it previously.

The story says Postorino alleges he sustained “permanent loss of bodily function that is substantial'' and that it will cost him large amounts of money in medical expenses and lost wages. But the suit does not say what injuries Postorino suffered in the fall, according to the story.
