PATERSON, NJ - City officials are looking at imposing one-way traffic restrictions on three Paterson streets.
The changes are under consideration are:
making Fulton Place one-way for eastbound traffic only between E. 16th Street and E. 18th Street.
making Governor Street one-way for westbound traffic only between E. 16th Street and E. 18th Street.
making Lewis Street one-way for southbound traffic only between 21st Avenue and Frontage Road.
The City Council is scheduled to take preliminary votes on those three proposals at its meeting on February 12. If the measures pass that night, the council will hold public hearings before taking a final vote.
