City Paychecks On Their Way After Dramatic Budget Vote

PATERSON, NJ - The last-minute arrival of Councilman Julio Tavarez provided the swing vote Tuesday night that allowed municipal officials to go ahead and issue the payroll checks that will go out on Friday. PatersonPress was there to capture alll the drama. Here is the complete story.
