PATERSON, NJ - A 35-year old Paterson man was transported to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center by Paterson Fire Department EMTs after being shot on Saturday.

According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald, members of the Paterson Police Department responded to the area of East 26th Street on a report of shots fired at approximately 3:30 a.m. and immediately located the victim who had sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.
