Eastside Edges Tech, 46-44, in OT


PATERSON, NJ - Senior DeAndre Noble-Haywood hit two free throws in overtime to help Eastside gain a 46-44 win over Passaic County Tech Thursday night.

Tech's Isaac Williams sent the game into overtime with a floater to make it, 39-39.

For Eastside, Noble-Haywood finished with a hard fought 20 points and six rebounds and Senior Ky’re Jackson added 13 points and 10 rebounds. Jackson and Tech senior Jarrod Sykes battle on the boards all night.

The three point shooting of Senior Aazaad Hinton kept Tech in the game. He  finished with 15 points for the Bulldogs, while Williams added 9 points and Sykes finished with 12 boards.
