March 14: Men's Health Seminar at St. Joseph's

 

PATERSON, NJ - "Men’s Night Out”, a free men’s health event at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center – Thursday, March 14th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – is an opportunity to learn the very latest information about a variety of health issues from a panel of St. Joseph’s physician-experts. Presentation topics will include sleep apnea, back safety/healthy back, polypharmacy, and safety in medicine. Free confidential health screenings will be provided from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., including blood pressure, blood sugar, lipid panel, oral cancer, and body mass index - BMI. Results will be available before the end of the program. Health educational materials will also be distributed. 

“Men’s Night Out” is an event not to be missed! To my understanding, absentee ballots were designed to be used by those who are unable to make it to the polls on Election Day. Such as people in the armed services or those who are away on vacation. 

This year’s municipal election will be one for the history books.
