Missing Man's Body Believed Found in River

PATERSON, NJ - Authorities believe they have found the body of a Paterson man who has been missing since being released from a hospital April 21, according to a story on northjersey.com.
Paterson police on Saturday night informed Cathy Smith that they believe her husband, Cedric Smith, was found in the Passaic River in Clifton, the story said. The woman had conducted a search for her 58-year-old husband, who suffered from seizures, after he was discharged with a bus voucher from St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center and never made it home to Mercer Street, the story said.
Authorities said they would not know the cause of death until after the medical examiner’s office had completed its report.
