PATERSON, NJ - With images of deadly rioting in the U.S. Capitol still fresh in everyone's minds, and law enforcement officials gearing up for further protests, or worse, as we inch closer to the inauguration of President Elect Joe Biden, one Paterson organization is taking step to “bring healing to our fractured nation.”

On Sunday, the New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC) will host a drive through food collection to support residents in need.

Telling TAPinto Paterson that the NJCDC was invited by the Presidential Inaugural Committee to sponsor an event as part of their National Day of Service, Bob Guarasci, Founder and CEO, said that “at a time when so much is uncertain, and there is so much division in the nation, the one thing that everyone can do is a good deed in their own backyard.”
