Paterson City Council To Hold Special Meeting

PATERSON, NJ- Resolutions authorizing the settlement of four separate lawsuits in which the city is named are among the items on the agenda for a special meeting of the Paterson City Council set for 8 p.m. Tuesday night in city hall.

The council is also expected to take action on the approval of the Corrective Action Plan for the FY 16 Audit Report and ratification of a contract for the demolition of 108-114 North 7th Street.

The Council is expected to meet in executive or closed session prior to taking action on the legal matters.

To my understanding, absentee ballots were designed to be used by those who are unable to make it to the polls on Election Day. Such as people in the armed services or those who are away on vacation.
