PATERSON, NJ - Paterson residents can now pay their sewer bills online, Mayor Andre Sayegh announced in a Facebook video.
“We want to make this the most convenient customer service experience for the ratepayer,” Sayegh said.
“Avoid the long lines at city hall, step into the 21st century,” Sayegh urged encouraging the use of the new online payment option.
There is a 2.95% transaction fee for payments made by credit cards, $3.95 for payments made by Visa Debit card transactions and a $1.05 fee for electronic check transactions.
Earlier this year Sayegh announced the launch of the online payment of property tax bills saying the initiative was part of his Administration’s efforts to make Paterson a “21st century city.”
