Paterson Man Shot Friday Afternoon

PATERSON, NJ- Paterson police responded to a shooting in the area of 429 10th Avenue Friday afternoon.

According to a statement from the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, police were dispatched following reports of shots fired at approximately 12:37 p.m. Upon arrival they located the victim, a 25-year-old Paterson man who had sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.

The victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.
