Paterson Man Wounded in Carroll Street Shooting


PATERSON, NJ - A 31-year-old Paterson man was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound after Paterson police responded to a report of shots fired early Friday near 92 Carroll Street, according to Deputy Paterson Police Chief Heriberto Rodriguez.

After responding to the call of gunfire at 3:27 a.m., Aug. 4, and canvassing the area, police found a male Paterson resident who suffered a single gunshot wound, which was determined to be non-life threatening. No arrests have been made in the active investigation.
