PATERSON, NJ- According to Acting Superintendent Eileen Shafer, and information obtained by TAPinto Paterson, there have been three attempted luring incidents in the city since August. Two of these incidents reportedly occurred in the vicinity of Montgomery Street and Straight Street and one occurred on 11th Avenue and E. 24th Street.

The most recent of these incidents happened on Monday at approximately 4:00 p.m.

During the incidents Hispanic females between the ages of 11 and 13 were approached by a light skinned Hispanic male in a grey four door Infiniti with tinted windows. The driver of the vehicle reportedly took pictures of the girls, lured them toward his vehicle, and, in one incident, made obscene gestures.
