Second Arrest Made in November Gun Incident

PATERSON, NJ- A second Paterson man has been arrested in connection with a police-involved shooting last month.

According to a report by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, Michael David, 20, was arrested in Totowa on Tuesday and has been charged with one count of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. 

The charge against David carries a maximum penalty of ten years in New Jersey State Prison.

Dionte Robinson, 18, also of Paterson, was previously arrested in connection with the incident.
