PATERSON, NJ - Two more Paterson men were struck by gunfire Saturday evening, capping off a violent week that saw multiple shootings, and one man killed by bullets.

According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora the latest incident took place at approximately 8:40 p.m. in the area of Holsman Street and Hudson Street.

After responding to a report of shots fired, members of the Paterson Police Department located evidence of a crime scene and a 23-year-old male Paterson resident who sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound. While that victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment a second man, 19, also arrived at the hospital seeking treatment of his own.
