WAYNE, NJ- A 20-year old Wayne man was arrested by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office and charged with several crimes related to the manufacturing and distribution of child pornography.

According to a statement by Passaic Count Sheriff Richard H Berdnik, members of the Sheriff’s Office of Internet Crime Against Children Task Force executed a warrant and arrested Joseph Di Donato III on Tuesday. A subsequent forensic examination of Di Donato’s computer and mobile device allegedly revealed in excess of 1000 additional files of child pornography and evidence that Di Donato was also manufacturing child pornography.

“I want to commend the detectives involved in this investigation,” Bednik said. “I am glad that an alleged child pornographer has been arrested and taken off our streets.”

Sincerely,

Sharrieff Bugg
