Dear Mayor Jones,

With regard to the overtime payments which the DCA stated must be returned by Mr. Charles Thomas, Ms. Betty Taylor, Ms. Donna Nelson-Ivy and Mr. Christopher Coke.  I understand the Business Administrator has seen fit to lead by example and has arranged for the repayment of all monies owed to the city.

When can we expect you to ensure that Ms. Nelson-Ivy, Ms. Taylor and Mr. Coke also follow Mr Thomas and return the monies they owe to the city?

What policy and procedural changes have you initiated to ensure that this never happens again?

Michael Symonds
