City Woman Killed in DWI Crash in South Paterson

 

PATERSON, NJ - A 49-yearold Paterson woman was killed by an allged drunk driver Tuesday night at the corner of Main Street and Madison Avenue, according to a story on northjersey.com.

The story said the victim, Maria Garcia, was crossing the street at about 10:10 pm when she was hit by a pickup truck driven by David Baker of Paterson whose 56th birthday was the day of the crash. Baker has been charged with death by auto, the story said.
