Man Charged With Burglarizing Thrift Shop

PATERSON, NJ - A 27-year-old city man burglarized the Unique Thift Shop on Main Street Monday night, but was caught when the alarm went off, police said.

Richard Castro of Paterson has been charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools, police said.

Passaic County Hosts Annual County Fair at Garret Mountain Reservation

The Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders in partnership with Friends of Passaic County Parks, Inc. will be hosting the Annual County Fair beginning Thursday August 17th and concluding on Sunday August 20th at the Garret Mountain Reservation.
