Man Used Syringe in Gas Station Robbery

PATERSON, NJ - A man robbed more than $500 from a gas station attendant on E. 30th Street at about 10:30 pm on Friday night by holding up a syringe and pointing it at his victim, police said.

The victim described the suspect as a light-skinned Hispanic man in his 30s, about six-feet tall, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, according to police.

The suspect fled on foot, police said.
