PATERSON, NJ – The Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders have announced that the Teen Arts Festival will be held at William Paterson University on Wednesday, June 3.The all day programming and celebration of art will be presented in a coordinated effort by William Paterson University, the Passaic County Cultural Heritage Council and the Passaic County Education Association.
According to a statement, The Passaic Teen Arts Festival is a county-wide celebration of the arts dedicated to inspiring teen artists, educators, professional artists and arts advocates from all across the county to unite as one "grand and all-inclusive community." The 2020 showcase will focus on the performing arts, and will feature a catalog of related programming.
Open to high school students only the festival is designed to accommodate dance, vocal music, instrumental music and theater performances. Preliminary submission forms are due on December 15 and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a registration fee of $400 per high school.
