PATERSON, NJ - “Community is everything,” George Noury said in a Facebook post. “And community is what will save us,” he added, speaking of efforts to maintain solidarity and strength during the COVID-19 pandemic that has seen drastic changes to day-to-life.

With many families overwhelmed taking care of loved ones, and not being able to leave their homes, Noury, the owner of South Paterson’s Nouri Cafe, has launched their One Family Dinner initiative.

Every day during the lockdown, the restaurant will deliver a fresh hot Mediterranean dinner free of charge to one local family in need.
