PATERSON, NJ - "Food, music, good times, what else could you ask for? Thank God for everyone," Eugene Miller, an employee of the Paterson Department of Public Works, and volunteer at 4th Ward Councilwoman Ruby Cotton's 35th Annual Christmas dinner in 2018.
The special holiday meal, launched originally by revered former Councilwoman Vera Ames-Garnes, will take place once again on Wednesday, Christmas Day, at the Masonic Temple, 224 Broadway. Food will be served beginning at 1:00 p.m.
"It's great to help those in need from the community," Cotton has said of the effort.
