PATERSON, NJ - If inclement weather does arrive in the coming hours the Paterson Department of Public Works is ready. This is the message city officials distributed via the Paterson Plus App and Facebook Saturday afternoon.

According to their tracking, snow and sleet is set to develop Sunday morning, changing over to rain later in the afternoon, accumulating to up to two inches.

Precipitation may change back to snow on Monday with additional accumulation possible.

Temperatures are expected to rise throughout the day to a high of 39 degrees before dropping again during the overnight hours.
