PATERSON, NJ – The COVID-19 closure of Paterson Public Schools will extend past Wednesday, April 1, Superintendent of Schools Eileen Shafer announced Tuesday.
Referencing Governor Phil Murphy’s “Stay at Home” order Shafer, in an automated message, assured parents and guardians that “Plans are underway in the district for continuing student instruction at home after April 1st,” and that those plans would be forthcoming next week.
Paterson Public Schools’ meal distribution plan will continue while the schools remain shut.
