PATERSON, NJ - Ten Paterson nonprofits are working together to increase the impact of donations they collect on Giving Tuesday.

Through the #Give2Paterson initiative all donations given to these local organizations will be matched by M&T Bank and an anonymous donor up to a total of $25,000.

“Paterson, a city of nearly 150,000 located in the heart of northern New Jersey, is a proud community. But with nearly 50% of residents living in poverty, Paterson is home to many individuals in need,” a statement outlining the initiative read. “It is also home to a vibrant nonprofit community that creates a safety net to help our neighbors who are most at risk.”
