PATERSON, NJ - Paterson City Council President Martiza Davilla has called for an emergency meeting of the legislative body for Thursday. The meeting has one agenda item: the City’s response to the COVID-19, coronavirus, and is slated to begin at 3:00 p.m.

While the meeting will be held in City Council Chambers it will, in line with social distancing protocols and established regulations prohibiting gatherings of large groups, not be open to the public for attendance.

The meeting will be televised on Pateson’s public access channels, 77 for Optimum and 32 for verizon, as well as the City of Paterson’s YouTube channel. A phone line has been established to allow for public comment telephonically. Any member of the public that would like to speak can dial 1-408-418-9388 and use access code 714 109 125.
